To Our Students: Freshman Course 2020 Japanese Online Course to be held in October / English Course to be postponed

The general education "Freshman Course" for the first semester in 2020 had been cancelled, because, due to the spread of COVID-19 and the nationwide declaration of the state of emergency, we considered there would be no adequate time for preparation if the course to be offered in the first semester (April to September).

We have been reviewing other alternative options; however, the COVID-19's outlook at the current moment is still unpredictable, and we are not yet certain if we will be ever able to offer the Freshman Course as the conventional "in-person" arrangement in Hayama this year. Therefore, for the first semester (Japanese) course, we have decided to hold it online between Friday, October 2 ^nd and Friday, October 9 ^th 2020.

In addition, its second semester (English) course scheduled in this October will be also postponed, and most likely to be held online as well.

The registration period for the first semester (Japanese) course will start on Tuesday, August 5 ^th . If you wish to attend the course, please follow the registration guideline (Japanese only).
