【Call for participants】"Communication in the Science"
Course Outline
Course content will be comprised of 3 days of intensive classes consisting of lectures and seminars. Students will learn how information is exchanged between academic researchers and broader society, and also discuss how this exchange can be conducted more effectively.

Remarks
This class will be held as a 3-day intensive course consisting of lectures and seminars. Students who will be attending from outside the Okazaki area will be able to stay at Mishima Lodge (accommodation facilities owned by NINS). Single room A, 2600yen per night.

Travel Expense for SOKENDAI regular students
SOKENDAI Regular students (except those currently on leave of absence).
Travel expense payment (transportation expenses and accommodation expenses) amount: Limited to a maximum of 50,000 yen per course.
Meal expenses during the course are excluded from travel expense support and are the responsibility of the individual student.
After confirming that you have participated in the entire schedule after the class, we will transfer the travel expenses to the financial institution account that you entered in the "Account Transfer Request Form" (Form 2). We ask you to make a temporary payment. Accommodation fee and dinner fee and lunch fee will be collected on the first day of the lecture.
When the distance from the location affiliated with the department to the course location exceeds 100 km one-way via JR train, the amount to be paid will be calculated based on the regular train fare with the student discount applied. Please submit the request for a certificate of qualification for a student discount to the Administration Office at each research institution for your department in advance.
